Philip “Andrew” Azar is a driven business leader and philanthropist. Andrew acquired The C.D. Alexander Company Realty Limited in 2013 and is himself an astute real estate investor. The real estate investment he is most proud of is the renovation and revitalization of The Victoria Pier on the Kingston Waterfront. This represents an important investment in Downtown Kingston. His other businesses include L.P. Azar Limited and Pablos Fabric Store.

Andrew also prides himself on being active in several community efforts and charitable initiatives to assist and uplift the disadvantaged in Jamaica. Andrew has served on various private sector and government boards over the course of his career, and is very clear that he works not only to grow his personal businesses, but for the good of Jamaica, with the idea that making a mark in the Caribbean for Jamaica is an important facet of his long-term goals.
