Magne Evering

Qualifying Director/Broker at The C.D. Alexander Company Realty Limited since February 2020. Magne joined the C.D. Alexander family in September 2002, fresh from completing the LEVS course at UTECH as a Valuer. He then became a Real Estate Dealer in 2004 under the Real Estate Board of Jamaica, licensed to practice: Appraisals, Auctions, Sales, Rentals & Leases and Property Management.

He then moved to JN Real Estate Company, before parterning with Hope Codlin & Associates to launch an Appraisal Department along with offering Property Maintenance Services. Thereafter he joined several other small firms as Partner, Broker and Qualifying Director before establishing Everings Realty in 2016.In 2020, the opportunity arose for a return to C.D. Alexander as Qualifying Director/Broker to realize his ultimate goal of being a full service Real Estate provider, serving local and international clientele. September 2022 marked 20 years of service in Real Estate and Magne is proud to be instrumental in shaping a dynamic and ever-evolving industry.
