Andrew Azar has had a love for the real estate business ever since leaving high school. A graduate of Campion College, in Kingston, Jamaica, Andrew’s first business endeavor involved real estate, which he was introduced to by a family member.  Realizing his dream of working in the field, Andrew is very proud of acquiring the C.D. Alexander Company Realty Limited.

Andrew Azar is a driven business leader and philanthropist. Andrew acquired The C.D. Alexander Company Realty Limited in 2013 and is himself an astute real estate investor. The investment he is most proud of is the renovation and revitalization of The Victoria Pier on the Kingston Waterfront. This represents an important investment in Downtown Kingston. Andrew also prides himself on being active in several community efforts and charitable initiatives to assist the poor and disadvantaged in Jamaica. A board member of several leading organizations, Andrew is very clear that his focus is not just for his personal businesses, but for the good of Jamaica, with the idea that making a mark in the Caribbean for Jamaica is an important facet of his long-term goals
